Mahadevan Krishnan
Head of Resource Planning at Vitality
Mahadevan Krishnan has 19 years of experience working within the contact centre industry spanning across different geographies as well as wide range of industries like telecoms, regulated banking, retail, e-commerce, Utility, Pay TV etc. He is a hands on leader, who has worked across end to end roles within planning and has played significant roles in establishing and shaping up new teams, driving efficiencies across the organisation and delivering tangible improvements.
