It is from that experience that he draws the ideas and strategies to help his clients improve their performance in the workplace and to achieve their maximum potential in life.

Over the last 25 years, he has spoken to tens of thousands of people, teaching the essential elements of excellence for work and life...thus the origin of the name E3. His areas of expertise include: Time Management/Organizational Skills, Sales, Communication, and Leadership/Management. Randy’s clients include companies in manufacturing, construction, health & financial services, and retail.

In addition to earning a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Ag Communications from Texas Tech University in 1990, Randy has participated in and completed multiple courses and programs in Leadership, Communication, Personal Productivity, and Sales. The CSP is the highest earned designation awarded by the National Speakers Association and the International Speaker Federation, and is held by less than 10% of professional speakers worldwide.

When he is not working, Randy spends most of his time with his wife of 23 years, Cathy, and their 3 kids; Clayton (age 21), Carley (age 17), and Cole (age 12).
