We all know you can’t have happy customers without happy agents. In this session, we will review the results of an Aspect survey of over 400 contact centers that shows how advanced software tools and mobile access can make a big difference in agents’ attitudes and engagement. We’ll look at a radically new WFM user interface, how it is evolving, and how customers are responding to it. We’ll also look at some new concepts in how mobile access can be used to improve agent absenteeism and turnover, as well as an automated chatbot that gives each agent their own personal assistant for scheduling.
